Why would you watch it if you already know he's going to Bama.

I'll put in hypothetical terms. If Robinson was a '12 recruit, and LSU signed him, we would have had a better chance at a National Title having him at LT last year after Faulk went down.

So what? I have no clue what kind of argument you are trying to make about Robinson being a back up if we signed him in 2012

I want Robinson just as much as the next guy, but the point is if he chooses to go elsewhere, LSU will still have a viable starter in that spot. The LT position has never lost us a national championship. Even last year the LT played well.

If LF is calling him. I don't see any way why in hell we would want to go to Bama.

Cam's heart is all LSU but the business part of him likes alabama for good reason. Even if Cam chooses alabama on wednesday do you think LSU is going to stand there and do nothing. No they are going to put on a full court press for the next 6 months. If Collins is projected as a first or high second round draft pick after this year, that is going to have a huge influence on Cam's decision on national signing day. If LSU has a good season and the offense progresses under cameron, that will also have a positive effect for the tigers. Alabama may win the battle on wednesday, but if everything falls into place LSU may ultimately win the war for Cam Rob's services.

Best post yet on this.

OVER? DID YOU SAY OVER? NOTHING IS OVER UNTIL WE DECIDE IT IS!

WAS IT OVER WHEN THE GERMANS BOMBED PEARL HARBOR????

Sick of the defeatism in the Tiger fanbase. Have we ever had a top recruit commit to Bama this early? No. We stay on him and ball out this season and he sees the new offense and sees how La'el Collins projects and the coaches do not give up.

“Never give in--never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”
? Winston Churchill

Seriously. Some pansies around here really need to man up.

Cam may or may not have his mind made up

I have seen a couple people post this. Come on guys!! Do you really think he would set a date if he wasn't 100% sure who he was picking? I mean you think he would set a date if he was 50/50 and then hope he would come to a decision by then?

I thought Cam was an EE, or at least considering it. Also, if Koundjio is a projected top 10 pick, then that opens up the LT spot for Cam. That's what makes this recruiting battle so interesting. As soon as you think you've pinpointed an advantage one team has over the other, you realize that the "advantages" are just even.
