My supper. Snapper on the half shell, a one lb chunck of salmon, a half lb of yellowfin, crabmeat and sweet corn maque choux, and some steamed royal reds in a spinach and feta salad topped w/ the tuna. Turned out alright..

Had a nice shrimp risotto and helping the Mrs. finish off another bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling.

Pan sautéed bass, sherried mushrooms and saffron and onion quinoa. Pretty good. Used what I had on hand except the fish which someone brought over this afternoon.
