How about just the entire premise of that movie?

In Point Break (or any other movie that does the same thing) when Swayze jumps out of the plane with the last chute and Keanu waits, contemplating what to do. Then jumps without a chute and is still right above Swayze even though he has been in a moving plane the entire time. And then the whole catching up to him and holding on as you pull the chute.

The two worst for me were Batman/Robin clicking their heels and ice skates popping out as well as Indy surviving a nuclear blast in a refrigerator.

In "Jurrasic Park," the T-Rex scene. Goes from having the rex standing behind the cables able to touch them with its tiny arms, then walking out...to that same area being a 60+foot drop-off when the rex attacks the Ford Explorer. Of course, this would mean that you have already accepted the fact that they were able to clone dinosaurs from old blood from amber encased mosquitos, and that they also found enough mosquitos that contained a dozen or so different DNA samples.

There's that collection of scenes in "Ghostbusters" when Winston first appears. He's at the station and meets Venkman and Ray when the come back from a job with a full trap and covered in slime. Ray and Winston go downstairs to see the containment unit. Next scene is Venkman waiting for Dana outside the music hall. Followed by scenes with the EPA guy and Ray showing Winston how to empty the trap leading to Egon talking about the giant Twinkie. How is Venkman able to travel around so fast? (Clearly a case of poor editing.)

Twister:

In the final scene when the Twister (which is behind them) floats a Combine Tractor over their heads and then picks it back up as soon as it flies over them while Jo and Bill are safely still on the ground.

they should ahve been sucked up in the air along with the combine.

Also, pretty much this whole movie is fricked up like this.

Daylight (Stallone).

About to enter the Manhattan end of the tunnel, former New York City Emergency Medical Services Chief, Kit Latura (Sylvester Stallone), now working as a limo driver, witnesses the fireball erupting from the entrance.

Of all the horror movies I have seen, the raft scene from The Burning simply defies all logic. Taking logic out of it though, it's a really disturbing scene:

The Raft Scene

A lot of slashers are like this, especially the later Friday the 13ths, etc., but this is the worst from one of the earlier slasher films.
