When Whip goes on the bender in the room right before the hearing, how is it possible the dude standing guard at the door heard NOTHING? The room was totally trashed. Certainly he would have heard some kind of odd noises. I know, I'm picking this a part, just something I wondered about. 
Also, I'm sure they would have checked to make sure that adjoining room was locked before putting Whip in there.

I had more of a problem with the last 10-15 minutes of the movie getting progressively cheesier
