All, really. You can narrow down what you want with genetics, but it doesn't always "hit".

The movie Twins explains the theory. You can breed the best to the best and get an Arnold Swartznegger, but at the same time bad traits can emerge. If it's a multiple combination of bad traits you end up with a Danny Devito.

If you breed one great bull with multiple cows, you drastically increase your chances for good progeny, obviously. Then sell the Danny Devito's after weaning...
