Home schedule is weird: 4 weeks in a row in hot arse september against weak opponents, last home game Nov. 8th. I'm thinking I might sell my season tickets and just scalp Bama game tickets.

My first thought. Not bad.

Then I realized 4 home games in hot September and last home game is Nov 8.

SR day is Nov 8 against Bama.

So will A&M be our Thanksgiving normal match up after 2014?

Sept. 6 Sam Houston State, Baton Rouge
Sept. 13 Louisiana-Monroe, Baton Rouge
Sept. 20 Mississippi State, Baton Rouge
Sept. 27 New Mexico State, Baton Rouge

Oct. 4 at Auburn
Oct. 11 at Florida, Gainesville, Fla.
Oct. 18 Kentucky, Baton Rouge
Oct. 25 Ole Miss, Baton Rouge

Nov. 1 Open
Nov. 8 Alabama, Baton Rouge
Nov. 15 at Arkansas
Nov. 22 Open
Nov. 27 at Texas A&M, College Station, Texas

WTF kind of home schedule is that? That NMSU game will be poorly attended.

Of course because Bama is @Kentucky this year and Florida has Arkansas at home this year.

Three complete and utter cupcakes on a schedule is at least one too many.

I hope this changes in the future for everyone.

I think it's gonna be fun watching Wisconsin get torn to shreds just on speed and athleticism alone. Would rather it be in Dallas than in Houston.

if you're an arky fan, i don't see how you can't be thrilled to get LSU at home the week after Bama.

Am happy with the schedule, but super bummed about the KY game. I thought for sure LSU would play that game in Lexington so my husband & I could go. We live in Louisville, and it would be so good to see that game in person.

Oh well, maybe next time they play!

Sets up very nicely.
At Florida and at Arkansas after big games looks tough.
And Thanksgiving is for family and turkey.
It's a very manageable schedule.
LOVE the Wisconsin game.
That's gonna be FUN.

This. I would MUCH rather play UGA in TS than Kentucky. Not to mention we just had Kentucky at home in 2011. All of you bitching and moaning about the "unfair" schedule got your wish.

I think you can pretty much pencil in the Alabama game for a 2:30 CBS start..unless they decided to save the prime time game for that late in the season
