Nice job Rat! I need to do this. I LOVE that sauce. It's very close to Dreamland, but better. I wish they'd bottle the darn stuff!

Only way to get it is from Cajunsupermarkets.com, thecookingcajun.com or amazon. Cajun Supermarkets is also the seller on amazon. It's expensive, though - $46 shipped.. Only available in gallon containers.
