Okay, rules of the supplemental draft part:

For the most part, same as the first supplemental draft. See OP for rules if you need it.

The order of the supplemental draft will be by reverse standings (to make it a little more interesting). If you lost a player, then you move to the first pick. If multiple people lost a pick, then the owner with the higher drafted player gets the higher pick.

Major difference between the previous supplemental draft:

In this supplemental draft, you do not have to select a player. The roster size will stay at 16. You can choose to draft a player or pass. If you draft a player from the supplemental draft (without losing a player during the window), then you have to drop a player from your roster.

But you can't draft someone transfered between EPL teams right (i.e. Juan Mata)?

I mean I would rather Mata than McGeady but if the shoe were on the other foot then I would be pretty pissed if I lost Mata just cause he switched teams within the league.
