she provided the voice of Meg Griffin for the first production season of the animated sitcom Family Guy (1999), after which Mila Kunis took over the role after Chabert became busy with school work and her duties on Party of Five.[2][6]

In the article about the Simpson's crossover episode (which will air in 2014, the Family Guy death takes place this fall), every Griffin family member was mentioned as being paired with a Simpson counterpart in a sub plot except for Chris.
It'll be Chris. Seth Green probably is super busy outside Family Guy.
Interesting theory based on that information, but let's get real. Seth needs to keep the only thing that's getting him a steady paycheck.
I give this 2 seasons

Cleveland was the worst character they could've given a spin off to

Created by Alec Sulkin and produced by the entire Family Guy/Ted guys. Seth Macfarlane put his name on it, so Fox will probably keep it around for a bit.

Gotta be Meg. Kunis has got better shite to do
As does MacFarlane really. He doesn't have shite to do with these shows anymore aside from voicing the characters.

He's also Mcfarlanes soap box to get his political leanings out there.
In the show's defense, I believe they've stopped doing that with Brian and have realized that they've turned him into an egotistical twat who judges everyone, despite the fact that Brian never does jack shite to attempt to fix these situations aside from the most selfish of reasons and does stuff equally as horrifying or worse than the stuff Brian protests against. Quagmire hating Brian is a direct response from the writers on knowing how horrible of a pers- I mean dog they've turned Brian into.

It's a double edged sword at FOX being a live action sitcom.
If you suck, see Sons of Tuscon. If you're funny, see this boards list of shows that ended too soon.
