What lies? If Zimmerman does not ASSUME that TM had no right to walk through his neighborhood and decide to get out if his truck and follow him then the rest of the country doesn't even know these two guys exist.

You'll have to look through the main thread. I have all 12 pages but I'll only post a few here as proof.

I don't understand why not, Mike. It seems indicative of Martin's mindset as it relates to the likelihood of him being aggressive. Of course, *seems* is problematic. Still, those texts go to the heart of the issue...who initiated the violence.
There is no way to prove his mind set at that time based on past text. IMO

quote:

Jeantel said, just the other day...that she believed that Martin threw the first punch. He was out to put "whoop-ass" on Z for being dis-respected.

I could see where Martin could feel threatened by being followed and become the aggressor.

quote:

One big batch of bullshitee...like the OJ thing. Sew the wind...reap a whirlwind. They better tamp this thing down...or they'll get their "fundamental transformation". Just won't be the one they imagine.

All of these protest are total bull shite. Based on the law it was the right verdict. The whole thing is a tragic mess.

Yes and if Zimmerman's mom and dad hadn't hooked up the particular night George was conceived, Travon would still be alive today. See how easy this game is!

If those we're leaked I think we could put an end to this sad story and racial friction going on right now. MoM suggested many were full of fighting and other negative examples of his true character .

I keep thinking "this is for Trayvon"...protest and attacks ..

The kid died, isn't that enough?

What lies?
That GZ "assumed TM had no right to walk through that neighborhood". He told the 311 OP and police investigators that he though TM looked suspicious and wanted to alert the authorities in case he was up to no good. No evidence was ever put forth indicating that GZ assumed TM "had no right to walk" anywhere.

But the worse lie is that GZ "confronted" TM. There is no evidence to support this but plenty to support that TM confronted GZ.

You're wasting your breath perpetuating this bunk, everyone knows the score and what you're trying to do by repeating these lies.

AGENDAS. That's why TM's pics were when he was younger. He had Skittles, he was an innocent young child.
If the texts are shown by ALL the media, it would change the narrative.

Zimmerman was on Neighborhood Watch. He was maintaining a view of TM's location for police. His comment about, "they always get away with it", should be viewed as "criminals", not "blacks". Had he thwarted a rape in progress, he would be a hero for his commitment to help the community.

Stopping your car, getting out, and proceeding to follow someone who has no idea who you are to the place they are staying can easily be considered at least a little disturbing if not an outright act of aggression.

For those that agree with the verdict, yes. For those that didn't agree with the verdict - no. Now which group is getting 90% of airtime on the news?

Wondering if the guy you've never seen in your neighborhood is someone who is supposed to be there is kind of the fricking point for ANY watchmen.

Stop being a dumb frick.

If Trayvon hadn't chosen to whip his arse for no fricking reason, the rest of the country wouldn't know he existed.

There are any number of things that Travon could have done besides what he chose and lived.

1) he had a phone and was talking to a friend. He could have asked the friend to come to his aid or had her alert others to come to his aid.

2) he could have called 911 and told them he was being followed.

3) be could have knocked at a neighbors door and asked for assistance.

4) he could have turned around and asked Zimmerman why he was being followed.

5) he could have continued walking to his destination.

Which is why all that SHOULD have happened is if TM didn't like being followed, he could've asked why he was being followed and upon being asked why he was there, pointed to the house where he was staying.

End of encounter.

But noooooo. TM was being disrespected so, he had to kick him some ass.

Job of Neighborhood Watch is to offer extra surveillance to aid in protecting the people of your area.

quote:

who has no idea who you are to the place they are staying

TM had sent him there because of her inability to manage his behavior. He was not a resident, he was a visitor.

quote:

if not an outright act of aggression.

No - thats more like a stretch. None of that stuff is illegal or even wrong to do.

The other day I followed this guy in my car for about 3 miles. He was in his car and I was in mine but he kept making the same turns I intended to make. We both ended up at the same convenience store. He got out of his car and I immediately got out of mine right next to him.

Did that give him the right to punch me in the nose?

Well, following is an outright act of aggression. He flat out SHOULD have kicked your ass. At the least, if he had kicked your arse and you happened to have a gun, you'd have been completely unreasonable to shoot him.

If I started a fight every time in my life I thought I was being followed, pretty good chance I wouldn't be alive today.
