Yup..shite was good! Kept it simple and skipped the sauce. Just seasoned it up real good drizzled with olive oil and served on a small bed of generously salted rice.
Light, fresh, tasty, and I ate seconds without feeling over stuffed myself afterwards.

Wife made some chicken wrappen in bacon stuffed with blue cheese and bacon last night and we just finished it off. Damn fine meal.

Went and picked some blackberries, threw a bunch in a mason jar, filled the rest of the jar with Beam, seal, give a little shake every day and wait a month or so.

Marta is not something I would ride unless in a large group. There's a couple of stops that are not in the best of neighborHOODS.
