Confession: I've been trying to play as an aggressive recon (M39 EMR, M417 or MK11 Mod 0 with holographic sights and foregrips). It's definitely got its perks.
I heard that the recon class can equip carbines and C4 in BF4. Interdasting.

I downloaded BF3 off of PSN because it was free (PS+)... I had the game previously and I believe I bought the first MAYBE 2nd DLC for it.. Would I still be able to jump in with people, or are y'all too advanced in your DLC that I can't?

You could still play...just have to make sure we don't get a server with stuff you don't have. Shouldn't be a big deal.
