This man would seem to be on par with Griffey.

Crazy that was his biggest role after lbl...especially when you compare his superior performance in this to that hack kid gordon-leavitt in angels in the outfield

In the movie, the Twins make a late season comeback to tie the Mariners for the division lead, forcing a one game playoff. The Mariners won, advancing to the playoffs with Randy Johnson recording the final out.

During the 1995 season, a year after the movie was released, the Mariners make a huge late season comeback to tie the Angels for the AL West lead, forcing a one game playoff. The Mariners won the game as well with Randy Johnson recording the final out.

I never saw this as I drew a line and sided with Rookie of the Year instead. Is it worth watching for the first time as an adult or is it only good with nostalgia?

Big mistake

The guy who played Louis Collins played minor league ball. That was after he graduated from Adams College (president of the tri lambs his senior year) & got some serious lasik eye surgery.

And don't forget about out former tiger centerfielder Mike Papajohn as Tucker Cain
