Who all is working in seed 1 and how much have y'all explored? I'm almost to my third city in this... probably have been walking/swimming for two hours looking in this map

I'm level 12 and still haven't found a second city in seed 1. Played almost exclusively in that seed.
I have found that I never go to town in that seed, I just have another seed where town is close, so when I need to sell stuff or buy stuff, I just load up that seed, do my business and reload seed one back where I was. Saves lots of time running back and fourth. Also allowed me to completely ignore using the hang glider and use skill points on my other skills. I ride my pet (Lemon Beetle) around.

I must not be made for these games. Minecraft, this...Ugh. This seemed right up my alley, but I'm sort of hating it.
Nothing I do matters. I try to go on a quest with a pet and 20 potions and I may get like 1/10 of their bar off before I run out of stuff. Bosses are incredibly hard to kill unless I am doing something wrong. And given that the combat is so simple, while you think that would streamline it, the enormous HP pool off bosses sucks any right out of it. I mean, a 5 minute fight, sure. But A 15 minute affair to circle strafe a boss while dodging and slicing..l..over and over again, to take off maybe 1/10 of their Health isn't fun. At all.
It gets a giant Meh from me right now. Pretty world, some interesting things happening, but it's the same as Minecraft, any progress you make is infinitesimally small in size that it's just boring. I feel like I'm slogging and not making any impact on the world. Find 100 flowers. Find 100 Pieces of iron to make 25 cibe to make iron. They have to cut that down, but people seemed to love it in Minecraft, so maybe I'm just not in line with that. Played for 4 hours, Level 3. That doesn't cut it.

Everyone I've asked about it who was past lvl 20 or so said that soloing becomes roughly a gazillion times easier around lvl 20. You can start killing bosses quick enough solo to make a difference. I think Wollay needs to work on making the early levels more interesting and slightly easier.
My water mage is lvl 12 and I'm just starting to feel like I can actually make it though a tough fight. Still can't complete many quests due to the bosses being way to powerful for the level.
It's still just an alpha and I hope he addresses some of these issues.

Good to hear. I thought quests were central to the game, so not being able to do them was frustrating. I just crafted some iron armor, so I can tough it up a bit better. Still lost on where to find decent weapons. All the recipes I find are for 12+. Shoddy level 3 gets nothing. Do want Great Axe or Sword...or sweet mace.

The game gets so much better once you get to level 5. I'm at 8 (with a 7 Leafrunner) now and can pretty much kill anything (besides bosses).
I've made it to 6 biomes on seed 1, about to be on my 7th. I love exploring this shite.
We need to get a TD server ASAP! That would be awesome being able to explore and fight with other TD buddies

I'm level four on my guardian. It's starting to get better and easier to farm solo.

We should either retitle this thread or make a new one for general usage. Title doesn't really fit anymore.
Tip: Any melee should get a spitter pet. I just spent two hours doing it, but totally worth it.

My roommate and I have been playing on our own LAN server and it's been a blast. A lot more enjoyable playing with other people.
I have a buddy who has an old minecraft server and he may turn it into a cube world server. If this happens I will let y'all know so we can get some TD people in it
