I think I broke it playing basketball at the fraternity house in 1996.

I was knocked sideways in mid-air and put my hand out to break the fall. My elbow slightly dislocated and it bothered me for a year. I had LSU student health insurance and all they did was give me a sling after reviewing the X-rays.

I've never injured it before.

The elbow doesn't hurt unless I'm doing hammer curls or pull-ups.

No.. 1996.

I'll know more after the CT scan next week. Winder mentioned that they may just remove the piece altogether.

I believe it's a type of olecranon fracture of the ulna.

That's the second time I showed up with a fracture similar to this. I walked in with a medial malleolus fracture thinking I had a sprain. Four days later, I had surgery to insert two screws.

It's just my split routine.

Monday: Leg/abs
Tuesday: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Wednesday: Back/biceps/abs
Repeat Thurs-Sat
Sunday for rest

i thought you were trying to put on size, you need to lift heavy with lower reps

Today i did one of my favorite workouts

21,15, 9

Body weight bench press and dead hang pull ups

after that i did a quick WOD

3 snatches at 95( frick snatches)
40 double unders
10 toes to bar
for 5 rounds

Toes to bar is my new favorite ab work out, it will get you ripped
