I was on the train they call the City of New Orleans that hit a car once. Never heard if there were any fatalities but it was very inconvenient.

Well according to the link, and what is copy and pasted right there in the OP, the arms came down on the rear of the vehicle

Which must mean was she was there before the arms came down. Likely just sitting at the light

The road that passes in front of ESA. The intersection on Cade hwy. with food and fun. I drove by at around 4:45 and they had it cleaned up but there a bunch of damage.
