I tried relocating him to the woods over the fence earlier....fuxker came right back.

nah looks like he set up shop with a bhole in the garden...havent decided if he should be allowed to stay. but gf has a mini schanauzer and slightly worried about that dog...

My SO has a mini schnauzer too. She's chased snakes in the yard before, and never been bitten. She finds more interest in bugs honestly.

The dog should be fine.

If you're REALLY concerned, catch it, store it, and drive it far far away.
