It's a good read while taking a dump. It isn't trying to be anything more, bro.

Victor Butler might not be a household name, but the New Orleans Saints were certainly relying on his presence in 2013. New defensive coordinator Rob Ryan brought Butler over from Dallas to give the weak New Orleans pass rush a shot in the arm. Now that's over. Will Smith really has to tear it up this season for the defense to play anywhere close to the offense.

Look at it glass half full. You're 2nd in the division, only one spot back.

And there's the falcon fan of the thread, riding the coat tails of Louisiana based sports sites.

I was looking at them separately. Yes, the Saints offense is too good and Sean Payton too good a coach to be at 19.

NFL writers and fans alike evaluate teams in the NFL too retrospectively every single offseason.

because they are ahead of the saints and the rams won the same amount of games as us

Neither one of those teams have a HOF QB. Hell, Bradford's career has been pathetic so far

All three teams were 7-9 and each of them should be vastly improved heading into 2013.

Again, people project teams too retrospectively in the offseason. Does anyone think AD will rush for 2k again? Odds are he won't.

Why are the Vikings improved?

None of them are what the saints have been under Payton and brees. They are trying to rise to that level. That is what makes it laughable
