finally you put "feel" or "opinion." You were passing the shite off as fact in this whole thread.

Actually, I put very similar wording in the prior post that you quoted.

But me saying that Trayvon would not have killed Zimm is a statement that implies opinion anyhow.

Correct. But I'm not the one making statements about what I would do.

my point is that Zim didn't instigate Trayvon to attack him (if that's what happened) just by doing his job as a neighborhood watch or good Samaritan.

Following someone in the middle of the night can definitely be perceived as aggression by a reasonable person(if Travon even attacked him first.)

And, my point is that Zimmerman could have easily avoided the situation simply by not trying to play hero.

Hung Jury most likely, no retrial.

No mass riots, too much time passed and free shite is easy to get anyway without the work of rioting.

Not a lawyer, but Zimmerman wasn't in his home or vehicle. Not to mention he was actually following Martin who wasn't threatening anyone's life or property, so how does Castle Doctrine apply? If anything Martin stood up to the guy who was stalking him and paid for that mistake with his life.

did you know I can legally follow you?

Did you know you dont have the right to beat the guy behind you on the street because he is following you?

Is it reasonable to feel threatened by someone following you home in the middle of the night.

Did you know you dont have the right to just kill someone who is beating your arse after you get in a fight with him?

actually if he is attacking you and you fear for your life.....you do.

I wonder if the races were reversed, would you still have this opinion?

That point is pretty much understood by everyone. It appears both could have avoided the situation. Just bad judgement on the part of two people that resulted in the death of one.

Trayvon could have prevented dying if he had just called the cops about a guy stalking him instead of attacking the man.

All I'm saying is no matter how you look at it Zimmerman is at least part of the reason that a fight occurred, and you can't kill someone in a fight and just walk. My feelings wouldn't change if the races were reversed, but if they were, the black guy would be lucky to ever breath a free breath again.

Exactly which doesn't equal innocent of all blame. If you kill someone in a fight that you helped start, it's at least manslaughter.
