You know what, I'm in a f*ck it all state of mind on this matter and I don't really care who wins this on the field. The best team was LSU. We just didn't get the clutch hits. We also had bad baseball luck. UCLA couldn't hold our jocks this year, but they beat us that night.

Someone used the Patriots Giants analogy. Ok, the Patriots went 18-1. The Giants won the fricking Super Bowl. Patriots lost, but at least they got to the championship game. This year's LSU baseball team did the equivalent of losing in the 1st round of the playoffs.

I do for sure. Just played like shite in Omaha. I don't believe any of that were in the CWS would beat us in a 3 game series.

I think we beat ucla at pretty much any other park in college including their own. I think north Carolina was right there with us as the two best teams. Winning that first game is so important in Omaha
