Video'd a few drives off 7 today.

I put a couple out well over 300 today.
Had 3 birdies and 1 eagle. Still shot 81, LIKE A frickING BOSS

The hard fairways at Sherwood.
It was awful for the most part. But i did birdie 2,3 and some other hole. One was a putt/chip in.
Eagled 10. Stuck a 6 iron 10 ft away from 180ish.
Otherwise I sucked.

If they let the rough grow longer, and made it harder to scramble out there, it would be a tough course.

MSU just planted some trees all over the course. Roped off areas that you have to take full relief with no penalty. When those trees grow in, it will make the course 10x harder. Almost every fairway will be guarded with trees along the side.

Agreed.
Most of the fairways at UC are lined with pine trees, I don't think people fully comprehend just how damn tough that track will be once they grow in. 7,700 yards without being able to cut corners?
