Baylor-Colorado, SMU-TCU and Alabama-Oklahoma are the other current matchups. If it's OK State, they play LSU.

If it's A&M, maybe the Aggies play Colorado so LSU gets a crack at Baylor? Then of course, TAMU can play SMU so LSU gets TCU & Trent Johnson.

Nice matchups anyway they slice it.

lets do it. That's how you get tougher in the offseason.

uhhhh....this makes no sense tigabait. It would make more sense if you meant out of conference...

Anyway, Texas realized you can't go undefeated by starting the season 0-1. No loss here as long as we find another quality opponent and get a win out of it. I'd even be fine with an early season loss that we played very competitively on the road as long as it is a top team (even Kansas).

I would love to see Markel and Brian get a shot at LSU. Been the 1 game, I've been waiting on since they signed with OSU, and for it to possibly happen twice next season would be dope. They will start top 15, very possibly top 10. Dallas is already a big base for them that they want to continue to exploit and the site of the Final 4 next year, its a win win for them to want that game.

We could potentially face Okie St in the Old Spice Classic, so that could affect whether or not we play them. I'd love to play a Baylor or an Arizona.

Also, doesn't the full schedule come out sometime around this time of year?

The schedule is pretty much already done just waiting on the SEC office. The minute teams end their season CJJ can begin to officially call around and look for non-con games. But there are many connections that are kind of nod-nod where coaches will play certain coaches, then there are also your home and homes. Then throw in your 2-3 LA state school games, but I am hoping and pretty optimistic that number will only be 2-3.
I think the Marquette series has been great and would hope they renew it, both games were well attended even for LSU when we were bad and good games.
