English press calling Koke, Xavi 2.0.

is this true?

ETA: is it true that he is Xavi 2.0, not is it true that the English press is calling him that.

The Daily Express picked it up on Tuesday and labelled the player the 'new Xavi' which is a bit wide of the mark. Koke can play wide on either side or as an attacking midfielder, Xavi he certainly isn't and if it was essential to compare him to one of Spain's greats then Iniesta would be more fitting positional wise.

The new Xavi, in the Spain squad and still only 21... who is Man United target Koke?

That is hilarious.

Also, mad props to the MUFC deaf team for beating Sunderland's deaf club 4-1. At least someone's winning. Let's move these lads up to restore order.

So any of you guys going to buy the new SAF book? Seems like he pretty much hated everyone.

I want to give it a read. I expected an extensive lashing of Rooney, but I've read that it wasn't that awful to him. Roy Keane took it in the mouth, though.

If Tom Cleverley and Jonny Evans never saw the field ever again, I'd be fine with that.

Chris Smalling is getting to that point, too.

Interesting. I'm not sure they included Nani because I've seen multiple reports from United players that he's easily the fastest in the squad. Wonder how accurate this is.

I may be biased, but I think it's incredibly impressive that Rooney is comparable in speed to those guys. His frame isn't anything like the rest of those guys. I'm always surprised by how fast he can get down the pitch.
