A little info on Justin Williams.

Not to kick any baseball fans while they are on the ground...
A buddy of mine spoke to Justin's brother a little while ago and he said Justin, his Mom, and his Dad were in Arizona working on a deal. About an hour after he texted me that, my buddy texted me again that Justin had signed.
TIFWIW. I know there isn't a link or anything so it comes down to whether Justin's brother is telling the truth. However, his signing shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.
If true, good luck to him in MLB!
