Saved money? Like you could have afforded to go to either. I'm surprised you can afford the Internet you are getting in your trailer right this second

Wish like hell I would have been in Omaha this year! Sons baseball schedule wouldnt allow it. But then again I'm not just a fan when they win!!

F no, this may be my one shot at omaha in my life, I'm glad LSU made it and got to see them play. It was a horrible outing but they made it and I was there to support them.

I will never forget this time.

No fans should ever spend money going to any LSU games unless we're guaranteed a win. Such a waste when we lose. Sort of like making a bet. When you lose, it stinks, so don't do it. Not worth the risk.

The money is only worth it if the bayou Bengals win? That logic is bizarre.

Have you ever gone to Omaha when the Tigers weren't there? Have you ever gone to a BCS title game when the Tigers weren't there?

Why are you shocked that a LSU fan would be sad if their team lost?

Being sad is totally different than the original post.

I'm not rich, I can't afford to shell out money for big trips on a whim. If I make that trip, I would not enjoy watching a Tiger butt-kicking.

I feel sorry for the players, but you are right MOST(not all) of the fans are terrible. When Bregman made the error in the first game they ate him alive, but he was solid all year long with the bat and glove. It not for him the Tigers might not be in Omaha. When Rhymes hit into the double play the fans wanted to disown him, but then again look what he has done all year long. Come on guys the Tigers were one of eight teams to make it to the College World Series. I'm sure glad i can say I'm not a Tiger fan.

You never waste money when you are there to cheer on the Tigers in person. There is never a guarantee of a victory.
If you can't handle that fact you need to grow up. The value is in being there for the team. Victory is a bonus.

An emphatic yes!!!

It's a gamble, but this was $900 that I could have spent elsewhere.
