Trying to find what someone paid for a house that was in foreclosure. They did some repairs and now trying to sell it.

I've tried county appraisal, and for some strange reason the house doesn't show.

Any links would be helpful

Sometimes Zillow will have that information.

What county? The cash sale deed should be public record, and it should show what the purchase price was.

It was on the mls if it was a foreclosure. Ask an agent.

If they won't help, pull the last deed on the property. It may be on there or you can back into it using the deed tax.

Pretty sure in Texas the purchase price is not public record. Sometimes an appraiser or agent can find it on the MLS but often times the price is kept secret.

Any idea who purchased it and around what date?
