Future NCAA Bowl Game- international style

What locations are the smaller conferences considering for 2014 bowls?
Ireland, Toronto, Bahamas, Dubai

If they can't even break even spending a week in Boise or El Paso then how in the hell are they going to justify spending a week across the ocean?

This is a fabricated problem. Every season we wonder if we're going to have enough teams with 6 wins to fill the bowl slots.
