Green subbed off. His replacement Rankovic scored in his first minute on the field lol Green was pretty average

They gave him what he wanted, good deal all around, even though it hurts depth a bit...

Eh sort of, we have plenty of guys capable of playing striker in some form or fashion. Our midfield does all the dirty work, strikers just profit.

Good point...Bayern's depth, especially in the midfield is crazy...

But I do agree that we'll have less depth at striker, but I think Pep might utilize the squad a little differently in a way that we might have more depth. Who knows, no one is really sure what Pep is going to do at this point. I'm sure after a few friendlies with the whole squad present we will have a better idea. I guess it really just depends on how much experimenting he plans on doing.

Only question is can Pep wear a suit better than Jupp?...Although Jupp can't hold a candle to Wenger in the long thermal jacket category...but he can figure out the zipper a bit better...

Pep strikes me as the kind of guy to give Jogi a run for 'best cardigan in Germany'

hmm well at least Pierre is staying in Trentino. I really like Markoutz, Rankovic and Schmitz. Dont know too much about Strieder. Looks like Julian Green will be staying too.

Yep still 17. Didn't start speaking German until he came to the academy last year and he's already giving interviews in German. Man, I really wonder what Pep has planned for him. I want him to stay forever, but I don't see him getting the PT he needs to reach full potential without going on loan at some point. Who knows, perhaps Basti will start to shrivel up just in time for the takeØver

Hopefully he at least plans to give him some time in Pokal matches or something. Hard to get games when Kroos, Schweinsteiger, Martinez and Gustavo are all ahead of you.
