I actually kind of like the lederhosen kit It's like having an ugly baby that's kind of cute. I'd buy one

It looks better as a straight up polo and it would be cooler if it didn't have the green on the sleeve tips.

Read that a few hours ago, Honigstein is either really good or just straight garbage. His writing skills are enjoyable to read, but sometimes he definitely pulls the shitty journo card and trumps up stories to make something out of nothing. His "sources" are typically decent.

I think the lederhosen kit is sweet, especially the warm up top....I'm still deciding how I feel about the hats though

Ollie Kahn isn't around anymore, so I don't think we'll have to worry about anyone sporting that hat in a match.

Thread needs a MAJOR bump, was all the way back on page 7...

Watched Hannover match on DVR last night. Supercharged passing did lead to some chances, but I'm still getting used to the new style.

Lederhosen kits are actually growing on me (think they wore them at home b/c Oktoberfest starts next week)...very hard to see that little bit of green on the sleeves.

Looking forward to CL starting this week...

I was very happy with the game this weekend. Hannover played really well and were very organized, the first goal opened things up and allowed us to push in the second one. I thought we were more direct with the passing, which is good news. Thought Boateng played his best match in a really long time. This next month is going to be hell, our schedule sucks and we are super light on central midfield bodies.

Alaba was a stud out there today, Rafinha too...

Solid effort all around

Edit: Holy crap it is weird seeing Neuer wearing red...

Yeah I believe Alaba was awarded MotM by UEFA. Kroos was incredible, he completed 81/82 passes. I'm still trying to decide who will be the 'biggest casualty' to the new system, unfortunately it might be Tommy Fußball. I'm not sure if this accentuates his best qualities. Too early to tell though.

Where's Alaba projected to end up on the field (career wise)?

I feel like he has some ridiculous highlight make the rounds almost every week now

Yeah. Thanks. Was curious because I vaguely remember seeing Austria line him up wherever and just caught his assist to Robben from yesterday

I think he plays center mid and left mid for Austria. He's pretty versatile.

he can play midfield, and is a damned good winger as well.

Marcelo had better take care of his injuries, Alaba could be a RM target next summer.

Well maybe not since Pep has told the club to stop negotiating an extension with Alaba and Kroos until he figures out if they fit his system. If his system doesn't have a spot for Alaba then idk what the frick he has in mind.

Alaba´s a baby, he can´t have much of a contract with Bayern. Be it term, or remuneration.

He´s also an immigrant from Vienna, I don´t see a heartfelt allegiance.
