Cheaper games on day 1 and beyond, already next gen, better graphics, better exclusives, mods, hardware, etc and there was nothing on either console today that would make me drop $500 on either one of them.
For $500 you could build a nice budget PC that would play games as well as the new consoles or you are 3/4 give or take of the way to a really good PC.

Both seem pretty awesome IMO.
The cheaper price is what will ultimately win out.
PSN Plus is now a requirement for online multiplayer. I already have plus so its no big deal but that they better improve PSN if its going to cost now.

I've been playing on 360 since PS3 outpriced me back in the early days of this gen. I was fully intending to re-up with the xbone.
I'm not doing that anymore.
No DRM is a game changer. I don't see how Microsoft can defend their position right now.

Ill be honest here in this thread. PS4 won, but thank god i made the switch. Id hate to be a console junkie with all this mess. Neither was impressive. Kind of sad for me actually. I hoped either one would give me a reason to buy a next gen, but both failed.

I feel I lost. I'll be getting a PS4 since their is no DRM. But I lose some of my favorite games. My top 5 favorite franchises are Prototype (dead), Dead Rising (One Exclusive), Halo (One Exclusive), Fable (Probably will be a One exclusive since Microsoft will need all the hope they can get). Maybe I'll get lucky and after a year or so M$ will port them to the PC (master race is still the best btw)
