I have a half a rack of lamb ribs to cook for dinner tonight. Any suggestions on prep or cooking method? I considered searing them outside on the grill and finishing wrapped n foil in the oven. Definately will dry rub them.

Boss, did all mine on the grill, low and slow, with a little sear on the front end of cooking. Rub on first, finished with a coat of sauce. They were awesome.

Past couple of times I've cooked the french rack I've done the Montreal Steak marinade for a couple of hours - 1/4cup oil, 2tbsp soy, 2tsp MS Seasoning per pound. Cooked at around 415* until 130*. Turned out very well.
