ESPN: Russell unlikely to be signed after Bears workout

I'm sure he will get another tryout, especially if the Bears give him a good review. Worst case he's slinging it in the CFL this year

Well apparently just being big and strong dont make you a leader or a good qb. Flynn is just as athletic and has a twice as much upstairs
