I mean, we took 39 (9) shots... If you cant score 1?

Adrián made some really nice saves, though.

very frustrating game from a fans viewpoint.

Looks like we signed Kurt Zouma.

Young and Talented

Also Mourinho dropped this lovely hint that we (fans) will know in summer why we didn't purchase a striker in this window with a sheepish smile. Costa?

I'm fine with that, I still maintain that I don't want to give up Courtois to do it.

Whoever it is, should have gotten him. We are in position, why not make the run this year?

Meh... shite happens. Didn't City lose to Cardiff?

ETA: and we just completed the league double on Citeh. I'll take it!

Held them scoreless (@home) for the first time in 60 games.

Agree! Perfectly played game. Didn't get to watch, but everything I read indicates this. Any year you take 6 pts from City and 4 from Utd you're doing something right!

Great match Royals. Y'all battered us. First time in a few years now that y'all have taken all 6 from us. Scary squad y'all have.

If my calculations are correct we've taken 18 pts from City, Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Everton, and Spurs through 8 games. And we still have games against Everton, Spurs, Arsenal, and @Liverpool.

We should beat Spurs and Everton, and I'll take a draw against the other 2. That would be 26 pts against the top table clubs this season. Not too shabby.

Matic was fantastic tonight. Hell, the whole team was fantastic. But I thought Matic was great considering he was making his first start for Chelsea since coming back.

Great team performance, bus parked and all!

Got bossed a little by Toure early, but most get bossed by Toure. He held his own much better the last hour or so. Wish that left footed rocket he hit would have flown in the upper 90. It would have made those last few minutes much less tense.

It was insane how City couldn't defend four attackers the whole game. Hazard had a world class performance. I thought Willian, Eto'o and Ramiries had their share of wrong decisions when they had the ball in good positions, but Hazard was nearly spotless.

Yea they really pitiful back there. If anyone besides Hazard could have been halfway on the game would have been done and dusted by the break.

Imagine what we could do with a real striker getting on the end of Hazard's stuff.
