Dude, did you read my post? I'm not knocking the party or the fact that they played it. I was at that show and it was a blast. In fact, they really want to be asked back next year. I was responding to the fact that Coach said they weren't as fratty as Ragweed. Fraternity boys are the biggest part of their fan base.

I'll spare everyone the Greek debate, what I meant is, I believe TT is more professional and talented (in my opinion) than CCRW. And I would faint if TT or CCRW came to the house in Oxford

Well I just think frat ppl like good music that relates to their scene... We all say frat is bad thing... I think it's gay to so that scene. However when a great band comes along, u must do that sort of scene to get ur name out there to make a splash in the music world.

All good my friend. Glad they are in my iTunes library

I think a lot of bands that have the country-ish thing will tend to attract the frat crowd down in the south... it's just part and parcel with the sound...

I remember the first couple times Lucero played BR, they were awesome and played to very few people... flash forward a couple of years and I went to see them and it was a huge frat crowd all crowded around the stage singing every word out loud... It was a frightening sight, but more power to them... they left with a lot more cash than any other time..

I love Ragweed, they were my first TX country experience. You never forget your first. I never should have let the word Frat leave my mouth

I think of ragweed like I do pat green. I will always love them for introducing me to Texas country but aside from that I'm kind of over them
