i agree, but it should be a lot more solid by now
Well, looking at it from a positive point of view, we know Baby Brad´s indiscutible, don´t we?

That´s a start.

i am fine with that right there. now our main goal should be to get those 10 right there playing together every game they can be from here on out. xxx isnt available? ok we will put a realistic world cup roster guy and probable sub in for him for that game.

ETA: donovan out wide with dempsey behind jozy is what i want.

I think it´s clear from what Jurgy is doing, that this is what he is looking for.

26 matches and 26 vastly different lineups. If im correct. The US pool isn't that fricking deep.

Draconian Sanctions, how about a ban bet for qualifying for Brazil??

Hey, he's already got a ban bet going if his club signs a couple of rapists.

i think we've tried that before and dempsey doesn't play well with others in that role

This team is so bad offensively and defensively. It's such a joke. They make me feel like I can play on the US team.

Dempsey is NOT a 10, that´s clear.

This would HAVE to be used in a hypothetical situation. However, I wouldn't mind seeing RunDMB behind/paired with Jozy. DMB has one of the better first touches. I don't think he is a great finisher. But, I think he could be a creative player, with a good first touch and Jozy could play off of him like he did with CD9.

ETA: Donovan is the best player in this role. IMO.

Call me crazy, but what do we have to lose?
I want to see Benny fricking Feilhaber at the 10 role in midfield. He's the most creative player in the US pool, and we've seen what he can create in the past.

frick me, it´s not THAT bad. You did watch the match, did you not?

There are flashes.

The national side had some GREAT moments recently, and those moments were taken for serious steps which are immovable.

It hurts that Gooch is old, and isn´t what he was, physically speaking. He was a BIG deal for this side.

He was as much a leader, as Landy. His every action, was a ´rally around´. Every action.

Those days are gone.

Jürgey´s task is complicated, and I´m not defending him per se, I just know he knows what he´s doing, if he can do it all, and with time.

Then again, many could, this is the conundrum.

I really thought we'd see SOME improvement by now. We're going in the opposite direction.

Stick him out wide and give him a free role (as he'd do anyway). We're not good enough to get him on the ball as frequently as we should if he's playing centrally.

let´s just hope the Anthem isn´t like tonight´s. Would take the wind out of the sails of anybody.

Good God, that was BAD.
