Also, saying "The IG - a Republican appointee w/ a solid work reputation - testified last week that his investigators uncovered no corruption and no political involvement" is a gross misrepresentation of the facts. You are being intentionally dishonest.

The IG, in his audit, wasn't looking for reasons that the targeting occurred. He was solely auditing whether or not there was targeting.

Directly from the TIGTA report:
quote:

WHY TIGTA DID THE AUDIT

TIGTA initiated this audit based on concerns expressed by members of Congress. The overall objective of this audit was to determine whether allegations were founded that the IRS:

1) targeted specific groups applying for tax-exempt status,
2) delayed processing of targeted groups’ applications, and
3) requested unnecessary information from targeted groups.

No, she should be place in another position. Bent over where people can take turns shoving their fist up her arse all the way up her throat.

re: Lois Lerner Just Removed - Administrative Leave - Response to bipartisan request

All this Colleen Kelley stuff is new to me and I haven't been able to read up on it. Will someone go step by step through it so I can see how she relates to this?

Start with:

1) Colleen Kelley met with POTUS

and get to

#) ...employees in Cincinnati, OH office targeted conservative groups

I tried reading that Spectator article but couldn't figure it out. Thanks in advance.

Benghazi is a non-scandal, as is this.

You really believe that the IRS targeting people for scrutiny for their political believes (regardless of where the directive came from) is NOT a scandal????

This is a direct attack on the First amendment, again REGARDLESS WEATHER THERE IS A WH CONNECTION OR NOT.

I am quite sure if during Bush's administration, the IRS had targeted left leaning groups, your feelings on this matter would turn 180 degrees. What a hack you are.

Well Perry Mason, let's play that very befuddling game the other way. Colleen met with Nelson, Weiss, POTUS, and FLOTUS. How about linking us to the inclusive transcripts of those get-togethers.

Jesus, man, what's your blood pressure?

It's not a scandal that affects Obama. It's not going in the history books. It's a blip. It has significance it just isn't a gamechanger as far as Obama's ability to govern.

That's not what you said. You said quite clearly that it was not a scandal at all.

It seems you are quite OK with those in power silencing the opposition.

Conclusions? So early in the process? Without proof?

Are you paid for your efforts here?
Or is the Administration just lucky to have a lad so devoted to it's defense?

Doesn't work that way. You can't subpoeana records until you produce evidence that they're relevant to judicial proceedings. Hence, my original request regarding Colleen Kelley: establish a causal link.

Read more carefully. I've said several times that there should be an investigation and that the IRS fricked up.

As of yet there is no evidence that the White House had anything to do w/ the IRS scandal. My assessment is based on what we know currently. Should anything major change, you can expect my prognostications to change, too.

Obviously.
Nor does it work the other way until investigations have run their course.

Then again, you knew that before you made an arse of yourself, posing the rhetorical. Didn't you now?

What about Sarah Hall Ingram?

Am I the only person on this board who thinks Sarah Hall Ingram has a role in this?

You offered Colleen Kelley's WH visit as "evidence" that the IRS scandal is connected to the WH. I asked you to connect the two. You responded w/ a non sequitur. And somehow you think this makes me look bad?

You're likely correct. If she was overseeing the dept that authorized the targeting, she should be fired, too. Don't see any more to it than that.

BUT she was promoted to oversee the enforcement of Obamacare. You think Obama would promote someone he doesn't know anything about?

As of yet there is no evidence
Again, a silly bit of partisanship. There is evidence.
Some of which has been cited. The question is not evidence.
The question is whether there can be a preponderance of evidence leading to fairly indisputable conclusions.

You've chosen to dismiss all evidence straightaway, rather than allow it to be developed in full.

It's certainly your prerogative.
Much like it was the prerogative of certain factions to claim Obama was ready for that 3am phonecall prior to Benghazi.

It's the defense of a partisan rather than an intellectual.
