Favorite Arrested Development bit character.

From Gene Parmesan to the extremely literal doctor, Arrested Development is littered with great characters with very brief screen time.

My favorite (and probably because he was one of the first ones) is Carl Weathers. They took a bad arse icon from my child hood and turned him into an overly frugal old man. This line killed me:

Where does Barry Zuckerhorn fall on the bit/nonbit character?

My instinct says regular castmate but he does just pop in from time to time so im not sure
