Favorite Arrested Development bit character.

From Gene Parmesan to the extremely literal doctor, Arrested Development is littered with great characters with very brief screen time.
My favorite (and probably because he was one of the first ones) is Carl Weathers. They took a bad arse icon from my child hood and turned him into an overly frugal old man.
