There is actual documented evidence that they have had a disproportionate amount of guys get busted for the league's PED policy.

Clearly there is a systemic problem there. There could even be some lack of institutional control. I'm sure Goodell will get right on it. YEEEEAH....RIIIIIIIIIGHT
