NRA Stickers...to put on the vehicles or not

So the wife had a good question for me. Would putting our NRA Life Member stickers on vehicles (or the front window of our home) actually make us a target for theft? I want to fly the flag for political purposes, but frankly I hadn't thought about this aspect.
What's the OBs thoughts?

IMO,
The best deterrent for home theft is a Home Alarm monitoring service. If I were a thief, I would be more concerned about an active alarm than a gun in a closet. You can surprise a person in the middle of the night, but the motion detector and door/window sensors are tougher to bypass.
The second best is a big and/or noisy dog.
I have never placed stickers on my car. I like the anonymity and don't like to advertise to a thief that there is a high likelihood of a gun being inside my car. It is just too easy to smash and grab in a parking lot.

No stickers on my truck. Of any kind.

This has always been my policy as well, but thinking of making an exception for the NRA.
I guess there's nothing to be gained from burgling a car with a rainbow decal on the back glass.

This, but the lid of my toolbox is littered with all sorts of stickers.

I agree with NimbleCat's comments about the house alarm and dog. Have both and the barking dog at a window is an immediate deterrent and a great alarm in itself.
I, however, have NRA stickers on my door windows, front and back, and my car. I never keep a gun in a parked vehicle. If they smash and grab, they may make off with an old CETME bayonet from under the seat.

The only sticker on my car is a flur-de-lei (sp?) with half Saints and half LSU. While I usually give a nod or salute to others with an NRA sticker on their cars, I don't personally want to advertise the possibility of me having a firearm in the car.
All my gun stickers and stuff go on my laptop. So far, I have Magpul, NRA, TalonGrips, Wilson Combat, and Bladetech stickers on it.

I put them on my beer fridge. I do however have some stickers on my truck and I'm currently wearing a red salt life shirt.
