Oblivion was better written and probably a better movie. IM3 was more entertaining bc of RDJ.

I enjoyed the hell out of IM3, but I haven't seen Oblivion. Might not help much, but at least it's evidence that IM3 isn't a complete abortion like some people on here espouse.

I saw Oblivion and really liked it. The movie was visually stunning with a good plot twist.

I agree with this. After seeing both, I would see Oblivion again before IM3.

Oblivion is really well made but it stole so much from other sci fi films I have to recommend IM3 over it simply b/c I found it too predictable and didn't like waiting an hour to get to the lie they played up in the previews.

This, I love comic book movies and though visually impressive they fricked with the characters too much and got tired of watching Tony Stark do his Jason Bourne impression for half a movie.

Oblivion was boring as hell, IM3 wasn't.
