Epic Movie gang to spoof Fast and Furious films

I find it odd that there is not more hate for these jokers while people like Michael Bay are considered the worst in today's Hollywood.

The well-worn Fast & the Furious franchise is going to get the spoof treatment thanks to Epic Movie and Date Movie alumni Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer.
Superfast will send up the most notorious aspects of the Fast & the Furious movies, which we're sure won't be too difficult considering the series' famously bad acting and over the top action sequences. Friedberg and Seltzer will write and direct, while the movie will be produced and funded by the duo's longtime collaborator and Scary Movie Executive Producer Peter Safran.

They're clearly the worst, and anyone who goes to these films should instantly receive a vasectomy or tube tying, all on the tax payers. I'd be fine with my tax paying money going to that.

thank god. I have been waiting for these brilliant writers to spoof those stupid Fast and Furious movies. maybe they can get Vin Diesel to play himself.

Does anyone have that friend that actually enjoys their films. I don't want to be a film snob or anything but every time these goobers release a new film, I have the one friend that likes that movie, or has to quote it. Fortunately everyone else around them doesn't have the heart to tell them how lame they sound or how bad their taste in film is.

Spoof movies can be good when they are done creatively. These frickers just hire look-a-likes to reenact movie scenes and throw in as many shitty pop culture references as possible.

That's an insult to Uwe Boll. At least I think he somewhat tries. All these guys do is watch movie trailers and TMZ and write the script in 3 fricking days. They're the worst things in Hollywood. That's right, even worse than Rolland Emmerich, which is quite frankly a hell of an accomplishment.

I looooove Spoof movies. Their spoof movies are some of the worst movies ever made. I have never seen a worse movie than "Meet the Spartans" and I've seen "Twilight" and "High School Musical 2"

Its a sham to even call this a spoof movie because spoof movies can be done right so i wouldnt lump them all together. Bad movies are just bad movies

I can agree with this.
I don't like spoof movies that target a specific franchise.
At least scary movie had the decency to spoof the average horror flick instead of a specific franchise.

Yea anyone who only thinks Not Another Teen Movie is the only good spoof is just a terrible person. Spaceballs is on my all-time list.
