I stayed in and listened to the Phish stream. I planned on waking up early to go to Running of the Bulls but ended up sleeping past that.

is there anybody out there that sounds like they sound on Contact? i love that jam, i almost went out and bought a drum set this weekend b/c of it.

I think both Contact and Giorgio by Moroder sound like jam bands

Phish - First Tube

Galactic - Crazyhorse Mongoose (Live at Tipitina's) - drummer Stanton Moore is one of the best

Disco Biscuits - Digital Buddha - I am admittedly not that well versed in the Disco Biscuits, but they do sound like that. Andre may be able to give a better rec.

cool thanks, i still can't get into the rest of the album for some reason, sounds like an adult contemporary radio station.
