they played here twice a while back. didnt go because i though it was just some local band i had never heard of.

I love the two albums I have of theirs.
Its nothing new or innovative, just some damn good rock music with a very Southern feel.

I saw them live last year at a Rolling Stones tribute. They played a few stones songs and one of theirs. They were great but I have not seen them do a show of all their atuff

Bein´Canucks, I´d suppose they´d get drunk and put on a damned good show, which hasn´t much to do with alot of the later studio stuff.
I´ve heard some stuff of theirs which also has some Guess Who, Allman Bros and other type vibes.
However, they´ve got some studio stuff which really smacks of the Black Keys (or vice versa).

Weren't they on Project Runway? They had to design a "look" for the band members. Nobody knew who they were and they were already selling out.

Yep. My wife watches that, and that was the first I heard of them.
