Looking at the radar I have decided that this game will NOT be played. The line has quit pushing east and a training pattern has begun with more rain forming that will continue over the area over the next few hours.

It shows the next round of TS coming in at 11:30pm, if we start close to 8, we'll be good.

Do they play through rain a lot?

unless it becomes unplayable i.e. the pitchers mound is deemed unfit.

Rain is not the problem; it's the field conditions. The tarp has been on the infield so it's looking fine. The outfield has to drain more though which can be expedited by pushing the water to the edges.

In general, light rain won't stop a game, but a steady heavy rain will once the infield becomes a mess.

I am looking at the map/radar of college station. Where exactly is the stadium on that map?
