re: early iphone upgrade

They don't make a 5 with less storage? I always buy the least amounts of 'gigs'.

hmm

it really depends on how much spare cash you have and how long you generally keep 1 phone.

i would look at the HTC One of Galaxy S4 at $200 tho

You don't need to go the full contract to get an upgrade. Usually around 18-20 months AT&T will let you upgrade.

I upgraded my iphone by taking it apart and installing aftermarket parts on it. Nothing performance based though.

Based on those pics, I don't think you "upgraded" anything.

re: early iphone upgrade

I could have put leather, colored glass, metal...I think the bamboo is unique enough. With the screen off I polished the bevel both sides, more like a brushed aluminum look. I wasn't as thorough on the back since it doesn't have to be done with the screen off. I did a good job on the front though, and I'll fix the back soon enough.

The iphone 5 is substantially faster than the 4.

Thanks. I'll go with the 5, 32Gs.
