Seasoning advice when moving up in pot size for boiling crawfish

I'm moving from a 60 qt to 100 qt pot. I use Louisiana seasoning, liquid boil, and chinese red pepper. What quantity should I use?

66.6 % more. Don't change your ingredients. You're using the best.

One problem I have is the second batch will be less spicy than the first, any suggestions?

For the second batch I add half as much as the first batch, and a little extra shot of red pepper. This makes my second batch a little spicier that the first
