Always a fan of The Last Waltz, especially Rick's best version of "It Makes No Difference" that I've ever heard...but I like the overall set list from Rock of Ages better...

Anytime you can get Rockin' Chair on the list is a good set to me...

What does this have to do with anything? I go to panic now because, while it may not be what it used to be, it's the closest I'm ever going to get. You want to rob people like me of that experience because you've gotten old and jaded? Go frick off

Haha what a dumbass...WSP is dialed the frick in right now. Don't listen to this dumbass...Mikey passed away and the train kept going. The six headed monster is hungry right now!

The film was only made b/c Scorcese was a coke buddy of Robertson. TLW is essentially a glorified screentest for RR, to create studio interest in him as a potential movie star

It was interesting to watch Clapton playing and his strap come unhooked, then RR just pick up and it was almost seamless.

My favorite part, you can hear clapton say 'robbie' as the strap comes off and rr just rips it.

I enjoyed the contrast in effort at that moment.

Slowhand is so smooth.
Robertson is so twangy and jerky. Eff that dude, btw
