The rifle alone is worth $800.

With all the other stuff, I'd say that's a go.

Assuming all components are in good condition.

That is the part I was unsure of. I have not kept finger on that pulse lately.

I thought the xm was the polymer/carbon model?

Those were going for 700 pre crisis. Still a good deal though.

Cheapest I saw were like $799 pre-newtown from what I recall. Also, are you getting it because you want it? Or potential investment? If you want it, and the price is fair to you...it's a fair price. Also if you bought retail you'd be paying sales tax.

The gun scare days are over. Academy, Bass Pro, Cabelas, and even Walmart have ARs for pre December prices. That being said, it's a good price given the extras.

If you can find one for that price let me know. I've been looking for one for my bro for his wedding.

Yeah I think it was Christmas prices or something. It was 650 for the bushmaster with a cheap red dot.

Either way I'd say it's worth it with the accessories.

I don't know about 700, but heberts had some the other day.

I know they had M&P 15's and a few windhams/stags. Not sure on prices now, but the stags were 850 before SHTF.

That was the Cabelas black friday sale. Wasn't the same model.

Carbon 15 is not the same as XM15

Gotcha. I was thinking the XM was the carbon version for some reason.
