Yup. I'd love to be able to see some MJ stats like they have breakdowns for players on HoopData.

If Lebron keeps this shite up will the non believers agree that he's the better at basketball than Kobe and Jordan?

Kobe? Yes, undoubtedly.
MJ? No.

If he keeps 2013 production/efficiency up, why not?

I thought you've said Mj was the GOAT before so I'm not following the logic here lol.

And always will. I don't really care what Bron does from here-out. He is doing it against a totally different game and era..... Bron would get KILLED if he played when MJ did.........

he also had not been in the league as long, age should not be the common denominator, years in the league should.

I'd argue that Jordan had the advantage. He came into the league polished from College play. James had to actually learn in the NBA. If you think Jordan would have won any sooner if he had skipped college, I truly believe you're mistaken.

The fact that anyone says definitively that Jordan is better no matter what is absurd considering James hasnt even finished his career yet.

revisionist history again. The talent gap between then and now is not what everyone thinks it is. That argument is tired.

I think the most amazing thing is that Jordan has better shooting percentages than Lebron (excluding threes). That is probably my biggest gap between them even though Lebron scores way more by driving. It really speaks to how insane Jordan was.

For his career you're right RE: Jordan's shooting percentage. Although this year Lebron's shooting percentage of .565 is both much better than any of his prior years and also better than Jordan's best year (1990-91: .539)

I think this is probably a case of Lebron being able to be more selective this year as well as further developing his game as he has gotten older. Jordan in general went down in shooting percentage as he got older as became less likely to drive inside and more likely to shoot from outside.

I don't know, Peej. Lebron ostensibly plays the same position as Scottie Pippen only he's unquestionably more talented and more versatile. If Pippen could thrive during the Jordan era, why couldn't Lebron have far exceeded that production?

I'm not saying LBJ doesn't need the same, but all the Jordan lovers act like he dropped 40 a night, highlight dunked on every play and won every game he ever played in.

Well in those playoffs Jordan lost, he averaged
29.3, 43.7, 36.3, 34.8, and 36.7 while shooting .436, .505, .417, .531, and .510

In the playoffs Lebron lost he averaged
