I don't see where you can't lower the seat? It says 3 positions.

Yea I see it now. I was mistaken and thought it had three swivel positions when I first read it

Because we have a pond in my hood that connects to the ICW. Bass, perch and sacalait. And there are a couple of places a yak would be fun to paddle around
